Test & Examination
1. For the purpose of evaluating the pupil's progress during the year and the achievement at the end of the year, the school shall adopt the method of test as under:-
(a). Monthly classroom test.
(b). 1st terminal examination in the month of September.
(c). 2nd terminal examination in the month of December.
(d). Annual examination in the month of March. Pupils absent from the examination without genuine reasons will be considered as having failed.
2. Pupils absent from any examination paper will not be re-examined.
3. The marks obtained in the terminal examination may be taken into consideration for promotion especially in the absence from the annual examination due to the reasons beyond the control of pupil.
4. Pupil shall not be allowed to sit for the examination unless fees are paid.
5. All matters regarding promotions are left entirely to the discretion of the heads of the Academia and his decision shall be final.
6. 40 per cent marks in each subject and 50 per cent marks in aggregate shall be entitled a pupil for promotion to next class.
7. The progress record of such pupils will be preserved in the school records and will also be supplied to parents/guardians from time to time.
