Rules Of Decipline
1. Pupils are required to be punctual and tidy.
2. Personal cleanliness and hygiene is a must. Shabby and unkempt hair will not be permitted.
3. Running or shouting inside the school building shall not be allowed.
4. No leave of absence shall be granted except on previously written application of parents or guardians.
5. No late arrival will be admitted to a class without Principal's permission.
6. Pupils should return after the holidays on the appointed day. In case of sicknesses a medical certificate must be produced along with the leave application.
7. Pupils will not leave the Academia premises without the prior permission of the Principal.
8. Pupils suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend the school.
9. Pupils with irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school may entail dismissal.
10. Disrespect and disobedience to superiors, abusive and obscene works and other habits or behaviour considered by the Academia authorities as unsuitable for a student will be met with dismissal.
11. Pupils should endeavour to keep up the high tone and good name of the Academia by excelling in fine manner.
12. Every child admitted in Academia must have the complete Academia uniform, extract in colour and pattern. A pupil without proper uniform and shoes may be asked to return home.
13. Pupils who have absented from Academia for one month or more without permission are liable to have their name struck off the rolls and may not be re-admitted.
14. The Academia is not responsible for books, cloths and other articles that are lost. Pupils must look after their own possessions. It is not advisable to have money or valuable articles with them. All pupils are encouraged to have their valuable in a bag or in a case that can be securely locked.
15. No book other than text or library books (comics, new paper or periodicals) may be brought inside the Academia.
16. No presents are to be given to the teachers. Donations in the shape of books, charts, modules and antiques will be accepted with thanks.
17. Any kind of damage done on the Academia premises will have to be made good. All the pupils should be particularly careful not to throw any seeds, papers, fruits skin etc. in Academia premises. Baskets and dustbins, specially provided for this purpose should be used.
18. Letters received in the school addressed to the pupils will not be delivered.
